al-Razzāq, one of Allah's beautiful names, signifies His role as the ultimate Provider and Sustainer of all creation. The Qur'ān reminds us of His limitless provisions: وَمَا مِن دَابَّةٍ فِي الْأَرْضِ إِلَّا عَلَى اللَّهِ رِزْقُهَا. "And there is no creature on Earth, but that upon Allah is its provision."
